Who Gives Kudos:

I'm not in it for the money nor am I likely to sing and play already made hits. I can only get off on creating stuff that is proximate to my heart and lyrically twisting. This doesn't necessarily mean that my stuff fits into a box. However, my belief moves me to give it out.

I love when people love it and I love when people hate it. No matter how it gets out there it can touch people and they should do what they want with it. That's what freedom is. That's what truth is. It's not making something with the intention that it is going to succeed (financially or socially), but it's making something with the intention of rippling outward.

When lightning causes a shock in the ocean, the waves jump to and fro. The electricity can kill some beings in the sea, screaming and yelling and cursing the light. However, the flux of motion that results can jumpstart new paths for the living. With every new creation comes a death, and something forfeited.

An old crusty boyfriend once told me that love and hate were the same thing- as attribution of affect was high in both. He also told me that indifference was the worst feeling ever. It was uninspired, flatlined. In retrospect, this was the only understanding that he communicated to me, after he told me he hated me. Hate that resulted after a period of solid love.

There is another dimension that most people are blinded to when they seek their comfort in a conformist mentality. An open mind allays the jagged narrow path. When I speak of new dimensions, I mean accepting new transfigures of randomized expression.

If art can tranfix
The music soothe you
Creation fill your broken well
You accepting or repelling
If the connection is true
It leaves you stirring

Like water, slow to come you over, screaming and cursing, waiting for surrender

some of the greatest inspiration comes from struggle

i remember reading something about yoko saying that during her shows that if half the audience walked out she knew she was doing it right.
music is motivation

I struggle for my dollar. I struggle even harder for my art.
