"But Lisa, what the heck is Brewer House, ffs???"

Well, I'm glad you asked. BH is the title of my new novel, which is two thirds of the way complete.

"And we are interested because..?"

Because??? BECAUSE!!! Oh dear. Well.. LOTS of reasons.  Brewer House takes place in Sylacauga, AL over the span of about a hundred and twenty years.

"WHAT???? WE CAN'T POSSIBLE READ ALL THAT !!!!"

Aw, silly me. It leaps back for a page or two to the mid nineteenth century. Then .. VIOLA .. we are back in the good ole twenty first century.

"Well. That's more reasonable. Still. I might be busy that week. Why in heck should I put this on my ToDoList?"

Hmm. Another great Q! The Brewers, on the surface, seem pretty much like the rest of us. Normal. Confused. Neurotic. They deal with issues such as.. cancer. SIDS. Homosexuality. Partying *(yeah I said it!) and tornados. They love each other. They think bad things. They try to bridge the gaps created by misunderstandings. Sometimes they succeed. Sometimes they don't.

"Eh, pretty good so far. What else ya got?"

Well .. We have the character, central to the plot, around whom all of this pivots, and the origins of whom are a mystery."

"A mystery? Ok, keep going.."

She is a person whose introduction into le Clan Brewer has never really been questioned; is never really delved into. But she has a story to tell as well! There is only one problem...

"What is that??? Come clean, you!"

She can not speak.

"Oooohh...then how..?"

You'll have to read Brewer House to find out!

"Right on!! So where can I get Brewer House?"
