Hi, I don't think I have mentioned this yet, but we've opened a new teahouse in Hobart. It's called Chado-the Way of Tea and the location is 134 Elizabeth St.

We have the best selection of premium teas in Australia. Many are fair trade and/or organic. We have over 80 different kinds of tea from China, Taiwan, Japan, Sri Lanka, Africa, South America, and India.

Besides tea we serve brunch which consists of Asian food prepared by our Sri Lankan and Japanese staff and a selection of Western sandwiches and quiches.

Tairaku fans can also enjoy my shakuhachi playing which I do whenever I visit the place.
