So I got a cease and desist order this morning, stating simply that we need to change our name before publicly releasing any of our music.

All as a result of registering one of our songs on iTunes.  Thanks  a lot, Apple!  lol

Anyway, we've been operating under this name for a few years, and it's pretty shitty.  So we're on the hunt for a new moniker.

Check up with us for updates.  We'll try to let all of you know when we decide on a new name.

We already thought about using "cease and desist". Apparently, we're not the first band this has happened to, and that name is taken.

We agree, although they did kinda have the name first... It's all their fault for sucking enough that we never heard of them.
