21st 1st AVE LIVE

The Return of EASTEIGHTEEN
Last night's show by EASTEIGHTEEN was phenomenal. This show was worth the 9 month wait.

Their new songs plus an acoustic version of VICTOR ROCKED the house.

A liitle dissapointed with no ZOMBIE but this show was more about their new stuff so we will have to wait and see if the play it again at another show.

 

Check out 1st Ave Live in Cedar Rapids!!!! This place is the best place to see live music. It is a great place to sit and relax before a show with plenty of comfy seating.
The parking is great! The sound is great! The staff is great! Check out a show there sometime- they have live music every weekend!
 

2-21-09: The Artists Formerly known as Easteighteen and Inch75 at 1st Ave Live-What a return of Easteighteen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gone for 9 LONG months and they came back with guns(or guitars) blazing! They have got to be one of my all time favorite bands and I've seen ALOT of bands from all over the US and beyond. And their new music made me love them even more. They did an acoustic version of Victor dedicated to Lumpy...can I get a tissue..it was awesome!
Inch75 always puts on a great show..and I've been to alot of their shows! They are always bringin out something new and it always rocks! Never a "sit down" moment with these guys! I HIGHLY recommend checking out both of these bands if you get the chance!
 

2-20-09: Went to see Cur,Cornfed Bruiser and Black Tooth Grin at 1st Ave Live in Cedar Rapids. These are 3 metal bands you NEED to check out. It was my 1st time seeing Cur and Cornfed Bruiser. Cur was AMAZING- they play original metal and they have a BIG sound! These 4 guys will blow your metal mind! The return of Cornfed Bruiser was equally heavy! They too have and amazing sound also with their own original metal. And Black Tooth Grin...if you like Pantera or Damageplan... you NEED to check out this band.
What an awesome night of Metal Mania!!!!!
