'Stress' is a biological term which refers to the consequences of the failure of a human or animal to respond appropriately to emotional or physical threats to the organism, whether actual or imagined. It includes a state of alarm and adrenaline production, short-term resistance as a coping mechanism, and exhaustion. Common stress symptoms include irritability, muscular tension, inability to concentrate and a variety of physical reactions, such as headaches and elevated heart rate.

Supposedly, there are many ways in which we can alleviate stress and its symptoms. Some try yoga, shopping, reading, cooking, walking, a good chin-wag over coffee with someone whose problems make your own seem trivial or by getting so absolutely out of your fucking mind with fellow dependents that your working week turns in to a test to see if you can make it to Thursday afternoon without bursting it to tears.

So, as a result, I would like to suggest an alternative.
On Friday 21st August The Kull, along with some of the brightest musical expressionists we have to offer, will be holding a situation designed to help you identify the cause of your stress with the use of expression, loud music, sonics and visuals. This will then reach to the core of your stomach and pull out the emotion which causes your stress and use this collective energy to rationalize you feelings helping you see clearer.
