I am sure you have realized
That most of my poetry seems so painful.
I want you to know,
That there is beauty in pain.
The beauty of courage,
And hopefulness.
When you experience or see this pain,
You come to realize,
That sometimes the worst things in the world,
Bring out the best in people.
The most beautiful of these,
Is also the most painful of all.
The pain of heartbreak.
It could kill a man.
But the beauty in it,
Is when that man realizes,
If he were to get another chance at love,
He must grasp it,
And treat her the way she ought to be treated.
Like a goddess.
Because the chances of this happening,
Are so rare.
