The subject line lies not. It has been two years since the release of our debut Glorious Monster album, Adventures on Earth, and out of no where we just found out that the CW's smash-hit/ flag ship show, Gossip Girl is featuring our first Glorious Monster single, In The Movies (which also has an amazing animated video, created by our good friend Chris Weller, that you can view by clicking on the link), on the season three debut which will air this coming Monday, September 14th @ 8 pm CT.
Hooray!
You may ask, "How did you get a song placed on a show like Gossip Girl??"
To which we may respond, "We don't know, we have never watched the show (sorry CW), but we will be watching this monday and we are quite excited about the opportunity to get placed on a popular network show!!! woot woot!!."
So please check it out this upcoming Monday. I bet someone gets their sorry ass dumped!!!
OH, and for our fellow Minneapolis people's, please mark October 17th as a day to get funky. That is right, Man is Doomed is playing another show. This time for free at 331 with our friends Hunting Club. Much merriment will be made.
