Current mood:  mellow

    Okay random thought
and pet peeves
I seriously hate duplicate text messages
sorry for any of you who do that
don't mean to condemn you haha
but its seriously annoying
and I hate it when I ask someone a sincere question
like "hey what's been going on in your life recently?"
and all they have to say to me is "oh nothing"
I'm like uhh that's not possible!
seriously! Who actually does NOTHING?!?!
you cant just sit there in your seat and do NOTHING
you're always doing SOMETHING
sometimes I think people who say that
are putting on a mask to cover up what's really going on
in their lives because they don't think anyone could understand
that's not true
people can help you
you're not alone in what you're going threw no matter
what it is! okay okay I'm getting off subject on what I actually wanted to talk about

           to business...
I want something real
something that I can logically find evidence that it is true
what is truth?
the truth is "telling it like it is"
truth is discovered, not invented
ex: electricity existed before Benjamin Franklin
truth never changes just our perspective and
belief of true does
beliefs don't change the fact that something is true
ex: you can sincerely believe that the earth is flat
but you can sincerely be mistaken because by science and
evidence it was found false -doesn't make it true
contrary beliefs are possible but contrary truths are not
we can believe everything is true
but we cant make everything true

I believe this might have been the first blog I've heard out of you since xanga.

Too bad you don't do it more often.
Sometimes its good to know what your thinking.
And I thought this was very good.

Although i agree with what you said in the bottom part about truth and stuff, I think it's the top part i like the most. It sucks that there are so many insincere people that when someone asks, "hey how are you?" we assume they aren't really sincere. I think that's something I need to work on. And as for covering things up... I definitely agree. Sometimes i just want to shake some people because i can tell they are hurting but they refuse to open up.
If you haven't at least skimmed over my most recent blog....I think it sounds like we're on a bit of the same track here.

You were rambling on about truth and before i got to the bottom of what you wrote i was thinkin hes so talking about that book he got. Cause that is the 1st chapter. Its all about truth i remember. bahaha. Good job. I agree. But also people say 'oh nothing' just so they dont have to open up and tell you their problems. If they want to discuss them then they wouldnt say oh nothing. Mask yes, but maybe they are ready to open up about whatever it is ya knoo. but yea i love you

yessssss Stephen Hawk, you're quite the wise kid,

and i think it's about time we have that "deep convo" we keep talking about, haha.

and i ask people relatively the same question "How are you?" response: "i'm good", so then i ask. "no reall. how are you? like... honestly?" and then i usually get a strange look due to the fact that people arent used to other people actually caring.
which is really pathetic that it's not common.

and in reguards to the topic of truth and stuff,

i bring you this quote from MY myspace, haha.

"I am comforted by life's stability, by earth's unchangeableness. What has seemed new and frightening assumes its place in the unfolding of knowledge. It is good to know our universe. What is new is only new to us."

-Pearl S. Buck

Yeah I dont like those text's either - esp the ones that say you will die, or have bad luck if you dont send to 100-1000 people...uuugh - LOL

I think people say nothing out of habit - w.o thinking, its sad to say in society most everyone is usually only concerned with "self" so that they honestly dont think anyone really does care or wants to listen, or think they have alterative motives for asking - or perhaps they have trusted to many times before and just keep getting hurt - but way to go on trying to reach out to people - dont give up - with lots of love, time and patience of seeing that you truly care, you will break those barriers down. Gal 6:9

And Truth is Truth - schools, colleges everywhere try their best to now teach that there is no absolute Truth - but regardless - Truth IS Truth - and it will stand for itself. Sounds like a great book, will have to add it to my list!

Great blog and I look forward to hearing more from you! :D

If you want to see some more "real" truth check out this site: It puts some things into perspective and is truly amazing!!

for. real.

it's funny. a couple days ago the lunch lady askes me "how are you are?" i say "terrific, how are you?" she says "good" i say "really?" and then she looks at me weird.

i guess it's because people are scared of truth...
truth about themselves being exposed to others...

it's true people don't want to reveal anything about them because they think it's "weird". and it's so sad how we classify everything we think or believe to be "weird" to other people. if anything it's quite common for other people or even interesting.

most people don't know how to be real. even the ones that complain about people being real

oh yeah
i love you stevie!!!! muh!!!!! muh!!!! <now that's real

^eh mabey not this part

That's so true...
People do cover things up because they think people won't understand.
That's a mistake.
I, for one, have learned that the hard way.
We need to be real with each other and support each other... and stop caring about what others think.
We're all insecure. We will never admit it, but we all struggle.

BTW, I like that quote... It makes me want to read the book.

knowledge is power
knowledge helps you learn the world around you
why wouldn't i want to think?
i wouldn't want to be completely oblivious to the things around me
