Greetings from Berlin...
Its hard to beleive we've been here over a week. Daisey & I (2/3's of the Smile Rays) (Therapy--we're waiting!!) are moving today into our apartment--or as they call 'em in Europe, our flat. We were a lil' worried that we might wind-up sleepin in the park... we figured the crime was not enough to worry about. But, after looking at 5 or 6 flats, combing sites and ads, the Gods of Housing smiled down on us. Big Shouts out to Karin (from Subotage) & Jannis (from Jakarta) for their diligent help in keeping out of the Berlin parks.
It may be even more hard to believe that I, Batsauce, am actually blogging. I figured I had put this off for a few years...so here I go. Its a new day.

The reason for this blog is not so much about us as it is to put on blast the WINNER of the Smile Rays 'Chicken' Remix contest that was held on Wake Your Daughter Up (www.wydublog.com) ...in conjunction with our lastest cd release, Smilin On You (on 6hole/Rawkus). We got over 20 remixes...so you know if was tuff to decide. The winner's name is Small Pro, an illy Philly cat...and I like his name as much as his beat, makes me smile everytime. I keep imagining the run-in between him and Large Pro...
