Even though you may have heard me before
on one of these radio shows, I encourage
you to listen to the one coming up today,
from 7-8pm Eastern Daylight time.
http://www.ghostlytalk.com (see their archives if late)
It's very fulfilling to me whenever someone writes
to me and shares some amazing breakthrough
they just had as a result of listening to one
of these talk shows or radio interviews.
Like Sue who sent me the following email just this
past week in response to one of my emails to her,
after she found me online on one of those recorded
radio shows (Law Attraction Radio in her case).
If you can relate to Sue's experience (not that
you would necessarily have the exact same problem,
but a similar problem in your own area of challenge),
I encourage you to tune in today on the Ghostly Talk
Paranormal Talk Show at http://www.ghostlytalk.com/
And if you got this email too late and want to listen,
they usually archive their shows in the first 24 hours
at http://www.ghostlytalk.com/node/1519 and you
should be able to listen to it anytime after Aug 4th.
Since it's not your common type of radio show, I think
it should be fun and interesting to find out what kinds
of questions they'll be asking me. Let me know what
your thoughts are after listening to it.
Wishing you a continuing great summer,
Dr Claude Windenberger

I listened to your interview with Law Attraction Radio
and was blown away. I have been interested in Law
of Attraction for over a year, since I read Deepak
Chopra's book, The Spontaneous Fulfillment of
Desire. I have been struggling with a compulsive
eating disorder for a few years now but in the last
2 years, it's caused me to gain 30 pounds and become
severely depressed. Now, 30 pounds really isn't that
much unless you are a fitness instructor, which I am.
After listening to you, I realized that all the feelings
that I was feeling after a food binge, were the same
feelings I felt as a child. My father was a binge
drinker and would pick on me when he was intoxicated.
Hopelessness, powerlessness, frustration. I was just
recreating those negative emotions in myself. So it
wasn't past experiences causing the binges. I was
binging to create something. That had never occured
to me. No wonder I was struggling. I also realized that
I've been living my whole life in a "victim" mode. Trying
to recreate that feeling. Attracting negative people into
my life. Actually creating situations where I could be
a victim. My 18 year daughter even said to me 2 years
ago...."Mom, you're always trying to get people to feel
sorry for you".
My depression almost instantly lifted after listening to
you and sitting down and writing down the negative
feelings. I haven't binged in 3 days which is real
progess for me, considering I've been binging daily
for almost 4-5 years. I've also been incorporating some
law of attraction techniques. And I've lost 2 pounds.
Obviously, it's not 2 pounds of fat but it's progress~!
Oh, something else I did. I have 2 scales and I taped
over 1 of them with my goal weight. So now each
morning I get on the 1st scale and just process those
feelings of being at my goal weight and seeing the number
on the scale (even if it's on a piece of masking tape)!
Thanks!!!
