Yes, it is true.  The man is trying to keep PSC down.

Last night we met up with Andrew Weeks, photographer to take a new band photo.  Andrew had set up a shot in the Presidio where we were standing in front of some cool trees in the grass and he had set up a bunch of lights to create a cool effect (or so he tells us).  Just as he starts to place us in the shot, the SFPo roll up and tell us we got to go.  Andrew tried to explain that we were just college students  working on a school project, but they didn't buy it.  The six pack on the side of the road probably didn't help much either...  We stuck it to the man by taking pictures in the middle of the road instead.  We're not sure how they came out or if we'll have to reshoot in a more remote locating yet.  We'll let you know.
