indie pop band hailing from Guildford, who play short, catchy songs,
with plenty of vocal harmonies. This is a band that are as professional
as they come - staying tight during, and between songs, and chatting at
ease to those there when they introduced the songs they were playing,
even dedicating their new single ‘’The Wedding Song’, to the bar lady,
“who’s doing most of the dancing.”

Although the songs were only short, they had a lot crammed into
them, heartfelt lyrics sang by Luke, accompanied by some beautiful
looping guitar riffs, and tight beats. The mainly mellow, down-temp
songs had quirky riffs that caught your ear, as the pace slipped from
high to low seamlessly. Their set of ten songs was well balanced,
showing throughout what talented musicians all five members of this
band are. From the first song of the set, which I think was called
‘That’s why I had to go’, to ‘Golden Girl’ which Luke dedicated to “my
beautiful baby daughter”, to last song of the set, ‘One Step’, this
band entertained those that were there. ‘One Step’ I think had to be my
preferred favourite as I felt the band let go more in this up-tempo
number.
