So I just got home from my drs apt. And things are good. First I had my u/s and my little boy seems happy and content using my placenta as a pillow and he had his arm up under his heaad just chilling out in there. Since Thurs, he went from being in the head down position to breech position again. He has lots of fluid and room to move around in there, telling us he is still on the small side. They sis not measure him this wk as they just measured him last week. So Dr Love said that he will see me in a wk to measure him and if he is still on the small side, which he is pretty sure he will be then he is going to recommend we get him out next wk. He was practicing his breathing again, every wk for the past 4 wks we have seen him practicing his breathing so I know that he is going to do well when he comes.
So next I seen Dr. Powers and the NST was good, JJ has nice heartrate. He had the hickups. So she checked my cervix and it is still closed. So she said that Dr. Love was going to measure JJ again next wk and I said yeah he is and if he is on the small side still then he would recommend me having my c-section and Dr. Powers said yeah she thinks that is a good idea. So she said unless something happens and he has a huge growth spirt then they will do my section next week. So I was schedualed to go back on Wends but Dr. Powers said she needed to see the schedual first because she needs to know when she can perform the c-section if needed next week. She also said with him being under the 10th percentile for so long that she doubts very seriously that he will be as big as they want him to be next week.
So right now the plan is. I go to see Dr Love & Powers on Mon for my u/s and NST. If JJ is still measuring small (which everyone is expecting him to be) then my c-section is on Tues at 10a. If he has a big growth spirt then she will make me wait another week, but she really doubts that will be the case. So it looks like my boy will born on Tues. March 24th and I will be exactly 37 wks pregnant with him. I can say he will be a full term baby
