sometimes things come out of the blue when you least expect them. one day you are the happiest you can ever remember being and the next day you don't want to get out of bed - ever again.......

but you do. you push back the covers. you open one eye. and maybe the other. you groan as the memories come flooding back....

where is the mind switch??? i know it's there somewhere..... i've used it before.

so you keep going. you go to the gym. you tear up in the car and think about what you should have said. can you do anything to change what happened?

life gives us lemons on a regular basis. not to disparge a completely fine fruit. i use lemon juice often.

so i'll be okay. i will keep going. i will heal. and i will smile again. i want to climb back in bed. but i won't. i have more to learn, to see, to be.
