The Booker is not a promoter.

Time Warp Tea Room is located a mile and half north of downtown knoxville.
    -We do not have a built in audience.  No effort can equal no audience. (if you are an out of towner consider asking a local band to share your bill)
    -We do not serve alcohol, but have a policy.
    -We have no guarantees. You may play for tips or for the door. If you play for free people may be more inclined to check you out.
    -If you want a doorman ask.
    -We do have a PA it ain't fancy tho

You may want to schedule a show at the Blue Plate Special on WDVX, matt@wdvx.com is the contact. It is a daily (m-f) live music segment in front of a studio audience. This rarely has an effect on the size of your show later at Time Warp, but it does expose you to larger audience.
