Carrie's sweet list of goodness......San Francisco!

1. Gracious hosts Deidre and Kat!

2. Meeting up with old friends. YES!

3. Running through the Redwoods and reconnection with Tony and Chuck (ultra runner and complete bad ass. For real).

4. Playing at the Throckmorton Theatre in Mill Valley. Beautiful beautiful.

5. Maida and Jim....fabulous hosts (although I didn't get a darn picture. argh).

6. Beta meditation. Just kidding.
