"Violette" is done. Well, needs remixing; the first attempt left the vocals far too loud in the mix, so it sounds like i'm climbing in your ear to nest.

Now on to "Let Me Nurse You Honey", which is a jangly little thing, perhaps too much so, but i'll keep carving away at it. i'm also becoming addicted to the floor tom. everything's in danger of sounding like the music for the Um Bongo ads/
i've now lost the drum kit as it was taken away for use in the other band i'm in, Heart + Lungs. all that is left of it is a high tom, and who uses those, right? i could probably do with having some tracks without drums on, so fortuitous, perhaps.
