The band arrived in Cleveland yesterday (Friday 11/14) and kicked the trip off in style.  We all met at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and were immediately invited for a personal tour of the Gibson tour bus.  Our new buddy Robert has been driving the Gibson bus for years and just finished the Experience Hendrix tour.  He was super nice, had amazing stories and gave us full access to the coolest bus you've ever seen (check out the photos in the Informants Rock Cleveland album).

After hangin' on the bus, the band received a quick, personal tour of the Rock Hall by our good friend Margie who works there.  Totally amazing place.  The place is totally inspiring -- we're so ready to rock this town!  After the tour of the Rock Hall, we headed over to Wilbert's for the Les Paul Tribute pre-party.

Wilbert's is a SUPER cool club and the whole staff is awesome.  One of the first things that the owner (Michael) did was put Pauly 6's custom Les Paul on display behind the bar (again, check out the Photos page).  The whole band had a total blast all night long.  Webb Wilder blasted killer roots rock and there were musical heavyweights everywhere.  Paul and Mac had a great conversation with Mike, the owner of Dr. Z amplifiers.  Super cool guy and is providing the amps for our show tonight.  Seymour Duncan (owner of Seymour Duncan pickups) was on hand and ripped it up with Webb and his band.  Motown legend Dennis Coffey (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dennis_Coffey) blew everyone away on Webb's Telecaster and the AMAZING Barbara Lynn (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbara_Lynn) FLOORED the place with killer guitar playing and soul to spare!

There was a lot more drinkin' and partyin' as the night went on, but we'll save those stories for some other time ;).  All-in-all a great start to a great weekend.  Stay tuned for tomorrow's update -- tonight is gonna be huge!
