It was a hot June morning, and the ominous forces of the Republisith Empire were gathered before the sculpture of Darth Roosevelt outside the Museum of Natural History. They were preparing for a great and bloody battle, as Darth Bush had recently kidnapped the Princessenator Hilleah, sending their ransom note to her would-be saviour Clin-ton Skywalker.
The Republisith were bold, and great in numbers. Emperor Cheney revealed himself before his soldiers to give a mighty rallying speech. What the Republisith forces did not know, was that Skywalker had joined forces with the elder statesman of the Jedicrat minority: Obi-Ted Kennedobi. Together they ammassed a legion of young Jedicrat soldiers and riding on the back of the R2_D2 mobile, Clin-ton Skywalker and his forces charged gloriously into battle, taking their dark rivals by surprise!!
It was a vicious and merciless battle, the Republisith were charged with the mission of reclaiming the helm of Darth Bush while preventing the Jedicrats from rescuing the Princessenator.
By the days end, the Jedicrats emerged victorious! Capturing their trophy over the Republisith at a score of 2-1. But the victory came at a great cost. . .
In a showdown with his great rival Darth Bush, Obi-Ted Kennedobi was slain in battle. Leaving nothing behind but his robe and scotch glass.
A well attended battle of between 20-30 soldiers, complete with videographers AND we made it onto the ABC news webcast!!! (we're about 7 minutes in)
