I started music in the early 80's by doing a Rockabilly Punk Rock radio show at 11 years old (Radio Dira. Tulle), my vinyl records addiction starts probably there i guess. At 14 my first guitar and music promotion with Rock A la Grange (Tulle-France). My father was a boxing game organizer and i grow up in my parents cafe, so i guess i picked up a lot on my parents to organize proper wild parties... at 18 in Limoges France, I was running Psychobilly gigs, at 20, Rockabilly festivals, with artists like The Gene Vincent's Blue Caps, Rudy Tutti Grayzel, The Red Hot & Blue, etc..), at 20, Blues & Garage Punk/ Surf gigs (all Crypt Records bands, Fleshtones, Billy Childish & Headcoats, Phantom Surfers, etc...
From 89- to 96. Then I moved to the states with 2 mates, our mission was to come back with a memphis Blues man for the Limoges Jazz & Blues Festival, we came back with Robet Belfour after also met T Model Ford in Memphis with Dave Ewans in 1992 and of course plenty of vinyl 45's and a Fender Reverb Tank I played guitar in The Blues Devils (Bad Karma records Fr 89-96), we played at the original DIRTY WATER Club at the Tavern St John in Archway- London in 94 and recorded an album at Toe Rag Studio for Rollercoaster records FR, Sir Balddiddley, English Rocknroller specialist wrote in an UK Music Magazine in 94; THE BLUE DEVILS " Are what the wanna-bes wanna be" they doing THE BEST EVER SONICS COVER! The most possessed Rock 'N Roll band".
With my other band, a jam band called Showman & The Thunderous Staccatos (Repent records USA/ Alopecia Records UK) were played on air on BBC Radio1 DJ John Peel ( RIP) then we played in 95 at the London Forum opening for DICK DALE. In my early 20's, i was also Sound engineer for the Norton Records/A Bones European Tour. I started Party DJ in 1990 mix up all the music genre that i dig aka El Senor S. I moved to London in the mid 90's, where with Josh Collins (Frat Shack promoter) we formed the very Lo-Fi Punk quartet, called The Sidekicks (Munster records Spain/Corduoy records Australia ), i spend a lot of time at original Toe Rag Studio (French Place /Shoreditch), i was also working on Pervirella, a Burlesque B movie produced by Josh Collins, featuring Mark Lamarr (bbc/Radio2) and Johnathan Ross ( Tv presenter), you can find a song of my band Showman on the soundtrack.
In 96 , I was working with Neil & Barney at SOUNDS THAT SWING/ NO HIT Records shop in Camden Town.
In 99, i was one of the few DJS to spin at the biggest Burlesque Rock'n' Roll- 50's/60's Vintage Music festival in the world, THE LAS VEGAS GRIND 99 in Vegas, and opening with Side Kicks for the legendary Trashmen. I left the Rockabilly-Rockn Roll Garage Surf Scene after being one of the most popular and successful DJ in that scene. In 2000, i took an other challenge by creating with Crystal, Raison D'etre Scene and Funk-I-Tus, 2 innovative club nights in Shoredicth/ Hoxton East London. Club nights, where like-minded music lovers and party goers can feel good and free with the music we all love and share without any specific "musical uniform" to wear! The rest is now part of the history i guess!
