It was our once in a lifetime excuse to dress as scene as possible. We took advantage! :D

Back in Springfield for a couple weeks! I've been helping my best friend Elsie prepare for the opening of her store, Red Velvet Art!
This photo was taken on Friday night, at the Grand Opening Party! The evening was a huge success for Elsie! And everyone liked the cupcakes, so that made it a huge success for me...haha!

Well, I'm at my parents' house in Maine. My sister, Julia, flew up from Melbourne, Florida for the week, and my brother, Daniel, drove up from Long Beach, New York (I often go to visit him there! We're best friends.)
So, we FINALLY got a new family photo!

I spent a few days in Long Beach, New York earlier this week, on my way home from tour. My brother, Daniel, lives there! We watched movies, ate a lot of hummus, and went out on the boardwalk and snapped a few photos :)

Just got home from a short tour with Backseat Goodbye and Ladybug Landslide. I don't have many photos from tour, but I stole this one off Marshall's myspace. This is what we were doing in Louisville, Kentucky at 4:00 AM.

Well, I haven't posted here in a few months!! A lot happened. I was in Springfield, Missouri for a couple months after my last post about being in Maine, and then I spent a month in Los Angeles doing some work. I followed that with a few more weeks in Springfield, MO, and now I'm up in Maine at my parents' house where I grew up!!
I kind of HAD to post these two photos. My mom took my brother and I into the woods in our back yard, to teach us how to identify mushrooms that you can boil in water, and use that water as an anti-viral tea...there are several reasons she's teaching us to live off the land...but I definitely won't go into it!!!!

I went home to Maine!
It was so wonderful. I don't get to see my family much, so it was the best 7 days in a while =]

...And I just have to post this because it's funny. My mom has been working out with kettle bells, and took me to one of her sessions in Portland. It was odd. But awesome.
