Okay, this blog editor is giving me troubles. I keep pressing some button and the text disappears. Anyhow . . .

First, sorry about not posting snow shake this holiday season. I was a bit preoccupied with getting a new record and tour organized. I promise for next year. Although, I'll have to find the mp3, because my computer crashed and took all my music files with it.

So, new record. It's called Rotten Pear. I've been working on it way too long. There are a couple of home recorded songs on there that were recorded as far back as 2004. But the rest is mostly from the last couple of years. Jarrett Bartlett did most of the recording and all of the mixing, and Andy Magoffin recorded two songs. Various folks helped out with the playing. Remi took awesome photos. The songs on my page are from the record. It should be on iTunes and in a few stores by next week. And is at kelprecords.com now.

A small tour to support the new record starts this Thursday (Jan 22) in Guelph. Then Toronto, Waterloo, Peterborough, Ottawa and Montreal. Backing me up are Jon Bartlett (Rhume, Greenfield Main) on drums and Mike Dubue (Hilotrons) on Bass keyboard/synth. Should be fun.
