As always please check it out for yourself, I have provided the links from the original email thread.

In the mean time:  Not sure about where you live but here in the hunting Capitol of the U. S., ammunition is very hard to come by, here in Fairbanks ammo can be purchased in “Box Stores” (Wal-Mart, Fred Meyer, Sportsman’s Warehouse).  None of these stores seem to have much if any in stock.  So if you are out and about in your home town, check it out where ever ammo is sold.

Very Important for you to be aware of a new bill HR 45 introduced into the House

This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of 2009.
We just learned yesterday about this on the Peter Boyles radio program.
Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because it is flying under the radar.

To find out about this - go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Google HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information.

Basically this "little" piece of legislation would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:

.It is registered

.You are fingerprinted
.You supply a current Driver's License
.You supply your Social Security #
.You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing
.Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25
Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.

There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Guns must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.

The Government would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

If you think this is a joke - go to the website and take your pick of many options to read this..
http://www.opencong ress.org/ bill/111- h45/text

It is long and lengthy. But, more and more people are becoming aware of this. Pass the word along.

FAILURE TO DO SO AT YOUR PERIL!

Any hunters in your family - pass this along.

Peter Boyles is on this and having guests. Listen to him on KHOW 630 a.m. in the morning.

He suggests the best way to fight this is to tell all your friends about it and "spring into action".

Also he suggests we all join a pro-gun group like the Colorado Rifle Association, hunting associations, gun clubs JPFO (JEWS FOR THE PRESERVATION OF FIREARMS OWNERSHIP) and especially the GOA and National Rifle Association.

I have a concealed carry permit and failed my background check when I tried to buy another gun!..Crazy......The way I see it.....I don't choose to be a criminal but if they want to define me as one so be it.....I've never ran from a fight yet and a couple of those I knew there was no way in hell I could win short of a miracle but i still fought because it's not whether or not you get your ass beat it's whether or not you're willing to fight. Also I enjoy a decent scrap from time to time.....My system of acting and reacting is strictly a defensive one.........I am not going to go on the offensive unless I am directly attacked and somehow manage to survive. if I do survive though........I'm trying to believe that America is still being governed according to the Constitution but it's beginning to get to dark to see the line anymore. Why in the hell can't these ass wipes get it through their head that this country was never meant to be a safe one as much as it was meant to be a free one?....Safety is important but you CAN NOT remove liberty to achieve safety because you will end up losing both.....Why don't they try and pass a law that makes it illegal for accidents to occur? If they really want to accomplish safety....They could make it illegal to leave our homes and make it illegal for us not to have some hi tech security system that they take out of our paychecks as part of the income tax to pay for. It could be illegal for us to fly or drive or even walk or ride anywhere. They can submit legislation banning planes trains and automobiles (for our safety)...They could ban ALL dogs and pets in general if there's even a slight possibility that they might turn on us...They could take fire and electricity away from us and insist on cooking our meals for us...In short they could ban our ability to live and while we're all imprisoned in our local habitats (cages) a friggin meteor falls out of the sky or a earthquake or some other natural disaster happens and ALL OF THAT LEGISLATION becomes pointless in a matter of a few seconds.........The purpose of life is to LIVE dammit....We are adults and as adults we assume the responsibility FOR OUR ACTIONS...I don't need some fuck with a badge telling me what is and isn't safe to do. I'll assume responsibility for myself and if I do something that results in a violation of someone elses rights then I will be accountable for that violation.........Until then you can take your "opinions" of the way I choose to live my life and blow them out of your ass.......You can submit all the legislation for safety you want but If i step in front of a bus that has lost it's brakes....Chances are I'm gonna get hit.......

Morning Chris, first off let me say it is refreshing that at least one person read my blog, thank you for taking the time to stop by and read it. Please keep in mind not my opinion, just trying to get the word out as I am firm believer in the2nd amendment and feel that it helps to protect the rest. I really do not think you are pissed at me though first read of you comment may suggest that. And like you I believe that everyone should be held accountable for their action. Changing times we are coming into that is for sure. ..

Evening Clipper, yeah I went in yesterday, & saw them. However they are the new kind, take a look at the primmers and ask yourself; Would I buy them to store up? Nice brass though, Bought 2 boxes to see how they do. I will have to let you know on this issue. Tell you what I am looking for is American Eagle, 150-165 grain 308 FMJ boat tail, if you see them come in let me know...
