Is it worth it? Another night of a couple beers followed by a little whisky=initial hour of disarray today. Stabilising slowly. Luckily some kindly travelling gentleman and his son took me safely home. Am now staring, head stuck to the screen, wheatbag akimbo. Neck cracking. Thats a good sign at least.
Enough of these ramblings, preparation must begin for my first student of today. I must give these babies something to strive for and pick axe or gently jimmy open their supple minds and pour in some beautiful sounds. Or at least discourage a slavish attention to technique and lavish upon them the joy of one perfectly formed, owned and placed note.
