First off... I can't speak to the BBQ at Ben's Longbranch, but if it's half as good as the banana pudding, it must be amazing. For some reason I was craving sweets after our show, so I skipped the meat and went straight for the puddin'. There's a Pink Floyd joke there, right?

A little bit of stress for this show, since Brian's car was still dead and then we hadn't heard from Jaime all day until thirty minutes before we were supposed to go on and kick off the day - he'd had some work emergency - but we got going without holding up the works too much. Adam and Angie came to see us before they left for St. Paul, and we hung out with Luke and Shawn before and after the show too. For an outdoor show, the sound was great, but Hannah's Roland couldn't take the direct sunlight and farted out repeatedly. She did great with it during Sidecar, ad-libbing the piano part as a vocal. Shithead said our rocker moves have improved greatly, so that's good.

We didn't hang out the whole night, but had a good time talking with friends and watching Cat Scientist and The Laughing. Thanks to Pete at YBP for inviting us!
