BEG Records Update

Communications Date 09-17-06

Bailey's New Single "Space"

Bailey's new single continues to deliver strong results and support at local radio stations across the country. In a short four weeks on Music Row she has already moved to #50. If you will recall she originally debuted on the Music Row Chart in the top 75 with the second highest debut right behind Brad Paisley's new single. She then repeated the following weeks by being one of the highest spin percentage records on Music Row for three weeks in a row. That is a clear indication that this record is going to be even bigger than her debut single "Boys-in-Boots". On the Texas Music Country Scene Bailey has already moved to # 49 and we expect a significant jump next week in Texas. The New Music Weekly and the Independent Country Music Chart performances are listed as well right below Music Row. As you review this communication you will see where she has already gone on to break another top 15 Hit on the Independent Country Music Chart and she has gone on to claim another top 40 hit at New Music Weekly's Main Chart..

Four weeks at radio and Bailey is staying on pace with acts such as Lee Ann Womack and Sara Evans. Just take a look at these results and you will see that it is obvious radio stations across the country are adding this record daily for a very good reason. As you review this document even further you will obviously see why people are so excited about this single's potential in the coming weeks as she fights her way up the chart with the major label acts. Inserted below you will find Robert Oermann's reviews, from last weeks Music Row publication. We thought you might what to see what one of country music's toughest critics is saying about our new sweet heart of country music. If Robert Oermann says it is a good single, you can bet your boots, it probably is one, and you probably should add it to your play list if you haven't already!

 Robert K. Oermann

TYLER DEAN/Built For Blue Jeans
Writer: Danny Borgers/Jimmy Griffin; Producer: Danny Borgers; Publisher: Danny Borgers/James Griffin, ASCAP/BMI; Curb
—"Honky Tonk Badonkadonk" already covered this topic, and far better.

LITTLE BIG TOWN/Good As Gone
Writer: Wayne Kirkpatrick/Kimberly Roads/Phillip Sweet/Karen Fairchild/Jimi Westbrook; Producer: Wayne Kirkpatrick/Little Big Town; Publisher: Warner Tamerlane/Sell the Cow/Tower One/Tower Two/BLA, BMI/ASCAP; Equity (www.littlebigtown.com)
—LBT charges hard with this pile driver. It starts with a restless, nervous, foreboding rhythm, then swings into a chorus that pounds into your brain. Jeez, these kids can sing. Turn it up!

BAILEY/Space
Writer: Kim Patton/Devon O'Day; Producer: Bailey/Houlton/Cruthird; Publisher: WB/Platinum Plow/Sony ATV Cross Keys, no performance rights listed; Beg (CDX) (903-372-3121)
—Perky. It's a bright, sunny-sounding, upbeat ode of female resilience. She shows definite promise.

CONNIE KIS ANDERSON/Kiss My Cheek
Writer: K.C. Anderson; Producer: Tom Pick; Publisher: Kismana, APRA; Kismana (CDX) (www.kismana.com.au)
—The tune is strictly from Dittyland. I've heard better nursery rhymes.

THE READINGS/She Brings Me Down
Writer: Reading/Barber; Producer: none listed; Publisher: none listed; Reading Entertainment (track) (www.thereadings.net)
—Awwwww. The reason she brings him down is that she's his wittle daughter and he has to get down on his knees to be her height. Ain't that sweeeeeeet?

If you look at the New Music Weekly main country chart she has already claimed another top 40 hit by moving to # 36 this week.                                 Bailey claims a number 7 spot for spin power last week at radio. She follows last week with

another huge spin increase this week as she claims another top 10 spin increase title back to back as

demonstrated in the chart above. Holding this type of spin power with folks listed above is no small feat.
