Stone Wing Mid-Tour
Funny stuff goin' on here; we are traveling around with this band from MN, Jon Wayne and the Pain; havin' a blast. These guys are fun! We had a 85 mile-per-hour food fight in the van. I ended up turning it into a song that day as a joke backstage, then Jon proceeds to perform it that night! Thanks Jon! It worked, and i'm stoked on him for doin' that!
The broadcasting is going good. I got a good show last night, but some nights like tonight I don't get internet in the bar and haven't figured out how to teather my3g iphone yet so it is what it is.
Shabunk.com is up and running and you can watch the shows there, and any thing live. You never know when I'll turn it on and record who knows what.
Phil is a pleasant addition to the band and he's a dead head so its a whole other perspective to hit the music with. He brings alot to the table and is a cool cat to chill with in down time. He's an old Long Beach legend. He and Eric are old friends, and has been in a many Long Beach bands such as Busface with Trey, Shortbus' former guitar player.
The shows are rockin' out with songs such Scarlet Begonias into Flying Ship of Fantasy and its workin' great! Like I said, they are rockin! Its not dub or reggae, its rock and roll. Come see a show!!!
