Ok HI I had NO idea what this was LOL. Whutduhfucc is right, but it's no surprise that it happens everyday.  So disgusting, the lengths that people go to just to get what they want.  And it's even sadder that the sex/human industry is big business and makes for a lucrative career for women overseas.  So instead of the old adage "Oh see, people are starving in Africa, you're so lucky here in the estates!", it should be more like "Oh see, women in third world countries have to sell themselves, you're so lucky that you have brains and talent, becoz eben here in the states you can be on da estreet selling your bady!"  Ay nako, I dunno whats worse.
