Hey
We stumbled in to a very bad day in Milan, Italy. It was
such a laugh loading in during pouring rain and wind. And it kept on raining
the entire day. Alexisonfire almost didn’t make it because of bus troubles
(AGAIN!!!). However the venue people were really nice and the guy running the
show was a great dude! Anti-Flag went to a signing in the Eastpak store in
Milan, a couple of people showed up even tho it was pouring down, which was
great. When we got back to the “Alcatraz” we played some handball again, which
is turning into a favourite sport. Then we had some Italian pizza!
The gig started off really slow, kids were just standing
around for the first two sets which was a real bummer. If you haven’t heard the
bands before be sure to check ‘em out on myspace! It all changed when alexis
got on stage tho, more people were there, and people were acting like they’d
actually came to see a show. Anti-Flag had a great show and people went crazy.
If the venue had been a little smaller or there had been more people there this
could have been truly amazing.
