Dirty Boy

Whoooooooo there!!! What is this PHAT, Heavyweight Breaks track – well worthy of spinning in any venue doing unsigned? Perfect bpm for Breakbeat in my opinion as DJ, and would mix in well with any of my classic Breakbeat selection.

First time I heard this track, it stopped and then I pressed play, and then it stopped again, and I pressed play lol.

I was trying to pick faults – find something to moan about (cause I am a woman after all ;-P) and I couldn't. Apart from the first effect sound scared the living daylights out of me, but hey that's my problem…or maybe it is a tad too loud?? But such a minor moan ;-P

Right from the start the building kick beat means business…driven on by that large and Dirty Bass line – I would LOVE to hear that filtering out over the crowd on a 20k rig – and then claim the glory as they go crazy on the drop!! ;-P lol. Dj joke – just kidding!! I read your comments and Hogdaddy mentions it is has a very analogue sound. I have to agree totally, and also say that maybe that is the sound that makes Dirty Boy stand above the crowd - that and of course the bass and the wickedly tempting vocal. The vocal sounds perfect for the track. The tone of her voice, her spot on position in the mix and the effects you have added are all excellent. Percussion and groove are crafted with love – well executed, timing is precise. Add to that the crispness of not just the percussion, but all the sounds and you have one large track on your hands. Production is tight as a ducks ass and clean as a whistle – Really good job guys.

Dirty Boy is one Large track that should be banging out across at every Breakbeat venue around!! Best of luck with the album, and as this is a taster; I feel it will be one STONKER when it is ready. Add to that your great image and artwork, I think Fluid breaks have a shiny future….now to the showers with you!!
