Monica and I have had and are still having the opportunity to serve 1020 people Turkey dinner over this weekend. It has gone very well so far. Lots of good feedback. We've got 360 more people to go. Wish us luck!

I got this book on things to do with turkey leftovers... it's an amazing book.

What is going on that you are doing the turkey thing? Do Canadians eat turkey around Christmas time?

Speaking of Christmas... what are your plans? I got your wish list. I have the Cook with Jamie book... good choice;)
