So, a few tunes ...."Afterburner" is a shameless Hawkwind-meets-Kyuss-meets-Monster-Magnet riff-fest I first recorded a few of years ago (the "original demo"). I used to play it live with the Hibachi Dealers when I lived in England. Now I’ve uploaded a new mix, with extra rock and bonus space! "Twa Corbies" is a "folk-metal" version of a traditional Scottish border ballad. In it, two crows discuss their dinner vis à vis a slain knight. How metal is that!? "Words to the Wind" is new recording of a song originally written and performed with Ossian’s Ride (my first band in the early 1990s, based in Boston, USA). I pretty much wrote the music, and the words were written by the keyboardist (now running for Congress!). I’ve always liked this song, and it’s only a shame that I can’t sing!"Hassan I Sabha" is a version of an original song by Hawkwind. An old song, but its deals with very contemporary politics .... You should go buy their CDs with their versions! You can also get MP3s of these songs from my web site -- and they won’t have been ground through MySpace’s bit-crushing processors!
