Doored: happens when bicyclist is riding down a street, alongside parked cars and a parked car's door opens and bicyclist has no time to react or stop and slams into the door

I'm fine, the woman screamed and was more freaked out than me. I didn't get hurt but well, my handlebar grip (whatever you call that thing that holds handlebars) went right into my crotch-- to the side. I got very close to losing %50 of my co-breeding potential. whew!
i've always been afraid of this happening and getting hurt worse than I did. say, a door knocking a cyclist into oncoming (from behind) traffic and getting run over by a car or worse, semi truck
