Today I went for a drive with my stepdad John it went ok except for one particular incident. I was changing lanes and thought I had left enough room in order to do this. I changed lanes and heard someone hoot their horn behind me. I wasn't sure they were hooting at me until I was stopped at the traffic lights shortly after. This guy had obviously sped up so he could harras and abuse me. He wound down his window yelling abuse swearing and calling me a "bad driver".It was very scary and a total over reaction on his part. He could see I had L plates on the car and therefore IMO could have worked out I wasn't deliberately cutting him off or trying to make things tough for him. Sure he might have been upset but this was not the way to deal with it. I was very shook up but wont let it get to me as a learner I am going to make mistakes it is part of learning.
