who are headquartered in Los Angeles, CA

--The Accused will be recording their next full length album in Seattle next week; working with Producer Billy Anderson (Mr. Bungle, Neurosis, etc)

--"The CURSE of Martha Splatterhead" LP and CD by The Accused is scheduled to be released on Southern Lord Records, AUGUST 2009

--"The CURSE of Martha Splatterhead" will be their first full-length studio album in 4 years; "Oh Martha!" being their previous in 2005;

--The Accused - "The CURSE of Martha Splatterhead" will contain a reported
14 new killer Splatter Rock tracks

--The Accused will be making several live appearances in support of their new opus;
including a freshly announced slot on stage with CORRUPTED and THORR's HAMMER at SuperSonic Festival in Birmingham, England July 25, 2009; Google 'Supersonic Festival' for more info.

--The Accused are working on details regarding a top secret project that--when it's finally made public--will forever change the face of mankind (maybe...); they say it's the biggest, craziest and most insanely kick ass thing they've announced in their almost 30 year history...(!)
