Seasons Greetings!
Just kidding. It's far too early for talk like that... Or is it?
This is a friendly email to inform you all on some exciting news for us. This past month, me and my husband Jeremy Eisenhauer, went into Buena Vista Audio in Langley, BC to record a Christmas album with our good friend Jon Anderson. It's the first compilation album that Jeremy and I have ever done, and we're really excited about it!
We started and finished the recording in 2 days, and by the time we were done had 8 songs, 5 originals and 3 classic Christmas cover tunes. The album is called 'Lights Used to Shine' and it's due out as of Tuesday, November 27th. AND with the release of the album, (obviously) comes a tour.
Due to the fact that it's already started snowing, and it's still early November, we didn't want to go crazy and tour across Canada again. So (un)fortunately, we're touring BC and Alberta.
The dates are as follows:
28 Nov 2007 20:00-Columbia Bible College--Abbotsford, British Columbia 29 Nov 2007 20:00-TBA--Kelowna 30 Nov 2007 20:00-The Brickhouse--Fernie, British Columbia 1 Dec 2007 20:00-House Show--Calgary, Alberta 2 Dec 2007 19:00-First Alliance Church--Calgary, Alberta 3 Dec 2007 19:00-Red Deer Church (check back soon for name)-Red Deer, AB 4 Dec 2007 20:00-LBC--Camrose 5 Dec 2007 20:00-House Show--Edmonton, Alberta 6 Dec 2007 20:00-TBA--Edmonton 7 Dec 2007 20:00-Axis Cafe--Edmonton, British Columbia 9 Dec 2007 20:00-Pacific Theatre- Christmas Presence--Vancouver, BC 10 Dec 2007 20:00-Pacific Theatre- Christmas Presence--Vancouver, BC 11 Dec 2007 20:00-Pacific Theatre-Christmas Presence--Vancouver, BC 15 Dec 2007 20:00-Christmas Presence in the Valley--Abbotsford, BC 20 Dec 2007 21:00-Wired Monk Kits--Vancouver BC
If you can make it out to any of these shows, that would mean the world to us. The album will be for sale at all the shows, as well as websites and myspace pages, provided we still have copies. Due to lack of time and other things, we could not afford to duplicate a great amount of albums. But there should be enough.
Thanks so much for reading, and I hope this email finds you all well. Tell your friends and have a blessed Season!
