Ok so its been a whiiiiiiile since I blogged, I may be rusty but here it goes.  So I still continue to have this love/hate relationship with Walmart.  So me and Shaunna go to Walmart last night at like midnight to get last minute supplies for the slumber party.  So Walmart is already a black hole where there is no concept of time or money.  Because you can just wander around walmart aimlessly for hours and it feels like 15 minutes...and you come in to spend $20 and you leave spending $100.  So now at this here Walmart in Balch Springs...apparently they have a "little" theft problem in the makeup department.  Let me tell you...not a lipgloss or nail polish was left out in the open.  Everything was behind what can only be described as a mekeup penitentary.  There were locks on each case.  Me and Shaunna were baffled at how is one to purchase makeup products at midnite in this here area.  As we were pondering the question at hand...a hobbit with a curly coifed ponytail and walmart smock peers from round the bend.  We then complain about the inconvenience of the sheltered life the makeup lead as we instruct him on which cells to open for our purchase.  Makeup is such a handson purchasing item...u gotta see it all upclose and personal to decide if and what u r gonna purchase.  So we’re making the hobbit open the nail polish cell...and we find 3 $1.00 nail polishes...then we move on to the makeup.  So we look and look and look...while the hobbit has to follow our every move to ensure that he is there with his keys to unlock whatever case we need.  So we decide we just want the 3 nail polishes.  So we are about to walk away with the nail polish to continue shopping.  Then the hobbit says....O there’s another thing...anything from this department has to be walked to the register by a walmart employee.  So Shaunna says...for $3 worth of nail polish?  He says...yes.  So she says...well lets go I got more shopping to do.  He looks at us puzzled and then he says I will escort these products to register 15 while you continue looking.  Now what kind of society do we live in that they have to escort $3 worth of nail polish to the register...its just said.  I will never buy makeup or nail polish from this here walmart ever...its just tooooooo much.  What is the world coming to.
