Some Chinese have not only one Chinese name, but also a western name to make it easy for us to remember their names (after a while I also started to mix most of these Wu and Wang). Unfortunately the don't really care about their western names, as these are given to them by their first Englisch teacher. This results in some very crazy or overdone names, for example 'Snoopy'(male) or Peach or Ice (both female).

In return some western people pick chinese names, just for fun or because they are required to do so (for example to get a drivers license). I let my name translated from German to Chinese, and here it is:

Chinese language composes not from letters as ours, but from syllabes (silben) and therefore they translate it on their own way:
LUO is the only thing (the rest :D ) Chinese can pronounce from my families name, too much rrrrrrrr for their tongues ;)

The other part means HANS
