As you may
know, OAR has teamed up with IAVA to create
www.OpenUpYourArms.org,
a place for people to pledge their support to our nation's newest generation of
veterans.
Now, I
want you to see an exclusive new music video we put together for IAVA
Supporters.
The song in the video - "War Song" -
was inspired by OARs experience visiting Iraq and Kuwait with the USO, and
meeting our brave men and women in uniform.
We want to
help build a movement of Americans who are committed to ensuring our veterans
get the care and services they've earned. They stepped up for us. Now, it's our
turn to step up for them.
We started
www.OpenUpYourArms.org
a few weeks ago with a goal of 11,111 pledges. We blew through that goal after
just one week. So now we're upping the ante, and aiming for 111,111 pledges by
Veterans Day on 11/11.
It's
ambitious, but with your help, we can do it.
