So it's Friday, and I'm right where I should be...laying in bed by myself after having spent the whole night with the coolest person in the world....MYSELF! :) Sounds kind of weird, but I've been needing a break to just hang out and catch up with myself. These last few weeks have been pretty balls to the wall! I was in Austin, Tx last weekend, and had about the most fun I've had in at least 36 days! Today my other band 36sunrise rocked a crowd of 2000 at the Mall of America. We signed at least 56 autographs (actually probably closer to 600!) It was amazing. After all this fun stuff, I never thought I'd say it, but I'm a bit "socialed" out. I need some quiet, alone time. So far I've really enjoyed myself. I made stir-fry that rocked my socks off, then watched The Office and laughed my arse off! Now I'm blogging my thoughts for you! Yesterday and today Nick Salisbury and I tracked bass parts for our new CD and oh my god does it sound good. I can't wait to get it done and out to you guys! We're going to track guitars this coming week, and see if we can't knock them out by the end of next weekend! I want to try and have the disc ready to rock by Christmas time.
