GRAYS HABOR ROCKS THE EQUINOX CONCERT ON SATURDAY MARCH 21, 2009

KJET 105.7 and Carnelian Agency present all ages original rock concert at the Aberdeen Eagles.

Grays Harbor Rocks the Equinox will be held  March 21 at the Aberdeen Eagles, 200 W. Market Street and will begin at 4:00 PM.  The concert is all ages with a separate bar for 21+ with valid ID.  Tickets are $8 or $7 for students in advance and available at Les Blue's Music, Black Hills Coffee, Stiffy's Pub and from local bands.   All tickets are $10 on the day of the show and the first 50 guests to come through the door will receive a free CD.  The concert will also feature $1 raffle tickets and will be giving away an assortment of great prizes throughout the night as well as selling buttons ,  posters, T-shirts, a commemorative CD featuring all bands performing at the concert.  The Aberdeen Eagles will be opeing their kitchen for the event and selling low cost hamburgers.

All bands performing at Rock the Equinox  have contributed one track to an official concert compilation CD that will be sold for $5 only at the concert. Carnelian Agency is underwriting costs to produce the CD and will be pressing the Rock The Equinox commemorative CD as a donation to the concert . All proceeds from sales will be paid evenly and directly to the bands. Bands performing at the concert are local favorites headlining Gebular www.myspace.com/gebularmusic and Godfed Static www.myspace.com/godfedstatic  , Utterance from Tacoma will be back on the Harbor,  www.myspace.com/utterance .  Hellephant from Seattle www.myspace.com/hellephantseattle  ,    Rebel Skum www.myspace.com/rebelskummusic , another local favorite, and Sickamore from Tacoma www.myspace.com/sickamoremusic . Power Bomb the Wolf www.myspace.com/powerbombthewolf from Montesano with an official CD release appearance at the show. Opening the show are local bands Sick Either Way www.myspace.com/sickeitherwayofficialmyspace

and Inherit the Wasteland www.myspace.com/wastelandgrind from Ocean Shores. Sound production is provided by Steve Jenkins of Living Proof Prodcutions.

Bands will be hosting booths to sell their CDs and merchandise. Other vendors and special guests will hosting information booths will be The Kurt Cobain Memorial Committee and N-Tune from Seattle as well as Carnelian Agency.
