So, having little moments of insight on how lucky I am at the moment.

My wonderful boyfriend has been planning his soooper seekret proposal, which is cute.
He's told all his family members about his intentions (except his elusive Grandparents, whom he's working on contacting) Everyone seems pretty stoked about it, which is cool. I'll be more than happy to call them family in the near future. I'm glad to have avoided the classical in-law awkwardness that seems to be the stereotype in the world. I get along with his Mother and Father really well. I enjoy their opinions, and over all respect them. They are fabulously fun. Davids siblings are also wonderful, and I have so much fun with them. His Grandparents are amazing, and so super thoughtful. On our trip out there, his Grandmother went out of her way to wear the reindeer socks I put in her stocking, and made sure to show me she was wearing them. His Grandfather kissed me on my cheek, and thanked me for being so good to David. I'm so vair vair blessed.

My Mother has really come through, and went to the length of giving us 2 diamond rings to have altered, knowing how tough it is starting out. I am still so grateful, and overwhelmed by her generosity and thoughtfulness.

I know I'm to be patient... but it's so hard waiting.

I've waited my whole life to find a love like this, and to find the man I'll give my world to... It's so amazing that it's finally happened. I was really starting to wonder after so many bitter let downs, so many disappointments. I know in hind sight, that all these past relationships have taught me lessons and made me able to see the real from the... well... you get the point.

Hopefully soon you'll be reading all about how the proposal went, and how fabulously romantic it was... we all know what my answer is going to be already *grin*

Well, it's time to watch my Chelsea Lately, and sip my Fresca before turning in.

So happy your ma could get the rings for ya, and glad all the in-laws are so receptive of you! You deserve that happiness, and I've hoped for it for you for a long time! It will be your propsal & wedding, so it will be perfect! Just let me know when it happens, and I'll be there for ya!
