Hey vous autres !
Aujourd'hui, j'ai passé une bonne partie de ma journée au studio avec Jonathan & Guillaume. Nous sommes présentement à l'étape de l'enregistrement des drums pour l'album. Dès la première écoute, j'ai été agréablement surpris ! Puissant mais en même temps subtil, c'est mieux que ce que j'avais imaginé. En un très court lapse de temps, Guillaume est venu à bout de 13 pièces sur un total de 15. Je ne peux toujours pas vous révéler quoi que ce soit à propos de l'album; ni une titre ni une date précise de lancement. Par contre, nous avons travaillé tellement fort ces derniers temps, qu'à ce rythme là, ça ne devrait pas être trop long. Je suis plutôt excité moi-même; j'ai tellement hâte d'être devant le micro !
Donc, après un bon 3 heures de travail acharné, la faim s'est emparé de nous. Nous nous sommes donc dirigé vers un Subway. J'ai, comme à mon habitude, commandé le meilleur sous-marin au monde (poulet teriyaki, bien sur !). Nous avons discuté de l'album, mangé, pioché sur la table, avant de retourner mettre la main à la pâte pour un autre bon 2 heures. Je suis resté jusqu'à la fin. J'en ai profité pour prendre des photos ridicules, faire des vidéos ridicules … et reprendre d'autres photos ridicules :p J'ai même chanté un reggaeton en duo avec Guillaume ! Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, VOUS NE LE VERREZ ET NE L'ENTENDREZ PAS !!! Hahaha …
J'ai finalement pris le chemin du retour … seulement pour réaliser que je devais ranger ma chambre et faire la vaiselle :p

Hey what's up folks !?
Today, I spent most of my day with Guillaume & Jonathan, working on the drums tracks for the upcoming album. From the very second I heard the stuff, I was well pleased ! Powerful but yet subtle, it's even better than what I had imagined. Out of 15 studio tracks, Guillaume managed to go through 13 tracks, in a short ... indeed very short period. I cannot give you a title for the album, nor can I give you its exact day of release. However, we've been working so hard lately that it shouldn't take us long to get it done. I am so excited myself, that I just can't wait to stand in front of the mic !
So, after a good 3 hours of work, hunger took the best of us. We decided to head straight for Subway's restaurent. Like usual, I ordered the one and only most delicious sub on earth (teriyaki chicken, of course !). We talked about the album, ate our food, played drums on the table, then went back for another 2 long hours of work. I stayed there 'til the very end. I had fun taking funny pictures, funny videos ... and more funny pictures :p I also sang some reggaeton shit with Guillaume, but no need to worry, YOU WILL NEVER EVER SEE OR HEAR IT !!! Hahaha ...
I finally took my leave and drove back to my house ... only to realise that I still had to clean up my room and do the dishes :p
