I don't know where to begin. I only want you to know that you were a special friend and I am honored to have known you. This isn't right,or fair that you were killed. I don't understand it all. You left me a happy birthday message and said that we would hopefully see each other in Jamaica in April. I guess not,eh? Your passing has brought tears to my eyes and a crack through my heart. I always knew that you and I were going to keep in touch forever, because we shared a connection and similar views on this crazy world. We saw Europe together and shared many nights laughing and days,driving,flying,or traveling by train. I respect you and admire your way of life. You are truly one of the good ones, and this not only makes me so very sad that you are gone, but angry as well. This is not how it was supposed to go down.You were always so thoughtful and supported my dreams with me and I appreciate that. You believed in me and my music in a way not many do. I admired how you would try to speak the language of whatever country we were in as a respect to the people. You were a kind, respectful man. Thank you for all the laughter you have given me and Flip and Richie. You truly are one of a kind. Your passion for Capoeira was deep and you were so gifted. I enjoyed our late night talks and jokes.Just know that you will always live on through me. I don't want to say goodbye, but I guess I have to. I'm so sorry that your life was taken so soon. You have made a permanent impression on my heart. You have given me memories that will last a lifetime. I love you Terrence.
