THIS autumn, Automatic Slim celebrate an amazing 25years of mayhem and music-making with three special reunion gigs...

Tickets for the first of these shows, in Ipswich on Friday October 5 are already selling fast, so you'll need to hurry if you want to get yours.

On October 5, Slim will be playing a double birthday gig with their goodfriends, Suffolk band The Groove Doctors, at the Staff Social Club, in Baths Halls, St Matthews Road, Ipswich.

The Groove Doctors are mere striplings - ten years old this year, to 'Slim's 25!!!

Doors open at the Staff Social Club at 8.3ppm, with Slim on stage at 9pm sharp for a punchy 60-minute high-energy set, with The Groove Doctors (it's on their home turf, after all!) following at about 10.30 and the night most likely ending with a fair bit of jamming and general musical fun andgames...

Advance tickets are £10 in advance, (call 01449 774706 to reserve them), of£12 on the door and since the capacity of the venue will be restricted to250, this gig is going to sell out!!!!
