She woke up with a taste remeniscent of last night in the back of her throat. Swallowing dryly, Lacey tried desperately to remember where she was and to recognize the muscular form she found herself clinging to.
"B-Bane..?" Pains shot up and down her head as more questions arrived unanswered. What happened last night? Where am I? Why am I sleeping with my best friend? She slid her hand down his body and was amazed at how fit he was. Lacey rested her chin on him and quietly watched the rise and fall of his chest.
