Just a quick update for anyone interested.
I am down to aprox 210 pounds.... 10 more to go before Jan 1.
I can actually see my feet (among other personal items) when I look down now!
I am feeling good and enjoying regular nightly exercise.... with tash... and my bike... more so with tash.
pictures and such to come once I hit 200...
Thanks for your support on this endevor... it wouldn't have been possible without you.
