Current mood: curious
Twitter is now mentioned everywhere ... even CNBC reporters are saying "Twitter" every 10 seconds, referring to their Twitter posts, and they keep mentioning Twitter's worth one million, billion dollars mwahahaha!
But! What are they basing this on?
My math goes like this ... no ads + no sign-up fee + no product = no money
Sooo, if no cash is coming in, how is it worth anything more than a fun toy? Even fun toys are sold ... and ...
How are all these media people suddenly Twitter obsessed at the same time? Cash, maybe? Which brings us back to --where would Twitter cash come from?
I'm thinking a Twitter "For Sale" sign is going to be hung soon ... or, maybe, ad sales? They built the audience, now pay for the exposure ... whatcha think?
