So far, I'd consider this past year being pretty low.  I often just laid in bed with no desire to move, eat, or anything.  If not for my friends, I don't know what I would have done those days.  Probably just existed in that bed.  I shut down and turn extremely cold when stuff like that happens.

I may fall for people relatively easily but it takes a good deal to get to the rest of me.
